Dosage

(3) People with more constipation – take 1 pill after lunch, 2 pills after dinner, and a total of 3 pills per day.
If constipation still persists, decide to increase (or decrease) the dose subject to constipation situation. Constipated patients are much luckier with no feeling of pain or diarrhea and have a good chance to take more pills. The treatment is more effective for constipated patients.
